Located at a beautiful park and close to shops

Pillow was uncomfortable and I needed to buy a few things (washing powder for clothes, cooking condiments). It was quite expensive given the age/condition of property (especially bathroom finishes)

Great contact with the owner, parking space always available

The word "modern" is inappropriate and inadequate to what I saw. The musty smell haunted me (towels, the apartment itself). When I first touched it, the bed seemed to be broken and rolling inwards, but it was comfortable. The sofa in the living room is collapsing.

This is not the first time I have stayed here, but in another apartment and it was much better!

The sofa in the living room is broken! The bed in the bedroom needs to be replaced; it is in poor condition; the mattresses are constantly moving in different directions because moving two beds together makes it terrible to sleep!
